In this incident, Onur Seyit Yaran, one of the leading actors of the TV series Kardeşlerim (The Siblings) and the winner of the 2016 Best Model Turkey, was attacked by Serhat Okuducu with a gun and injured in his shoulder while he was leaving the gym.
The court reduced the sentence from 10 years to 7 years and 6 months because it could not be determined from whom the first wrongful act came. Finally, the committee decided to release the attacker by applying a well behave discount due to his behavior in the court. And so, he was sentenced to 6 years and 3 months in prison for the crime of “deliberately attempting to kill”.
As for the reason for this attack, it is not clear yet. Fortunately, the young actor got rid of the attack with a little wound on his shoulder.
