Engin Akyürek and Fahriye Evcen in Until Death Tv series

Engin Akyürek, one of the most loved Turkish actors is in a new tv series “Until Death (Ölene Kadar)” starring a beautiful partner Fahriye Evcen.

Engin Akyürek considered one of the most successful Turkish actors, he is handsome, has good acting skills and he always presents a man figure admired by the female audience. Accordingly, Fahriye Evcen’s pure beauty is admired by both male and female audience, as she stands as a woman with power and deep feelings. So a series with this couple leads to high expectations, passion, love and a good story.

Until Death (Ölene Kadar)’s story is about a young doctor Dağhan (Engin Akyürek) who was convicted of a crime that he did not commit resulting in jail. Dağhan has lost the most beautiful years of his life, his future, his dreams, his love, and has been an unjust slave for eleven years. While jailed with an aggravated life sentence but after 11 years, one day his innocence is proved unexpectedly and he released from prison. Now the new life of Dağhan is a begging of a pursuit, finding the truth and having revenge of 11 years spent in prison. Dağhan is a determined mind to find those who set you up many years ago, pay them the price they lost and justice.

Fahriye Evcen is playing Selvi (Cypress) who is a young lawyer, 24 years old, and at the beginning of her career. She is a struggling woman who has spent a great deal of time with her painful past due to hardships, she believes that everything has a solution in life, and never gives up on these solutions. The conscience that drives her to be a lawyer and eventually to face Dağhan is her weakest but also most powerful side. She was unaware that she will prepare her own end with the redemption of Dağhan. Even if she could succeed in winning the most important case of his life, she will face the greatest case when she will fell in love with Dağhan.

The series has a great cast with side roles Sarp Leventoğlu, Lale Mansur, Mesut Akusta (Kendal from Karagül). Another great thing about this series, the script, it is not a casual story and it moves fast.

While having many pros the critics about the ratings and the future of the series forced the producers to end the series at its 13th episode with a surprising finale.

It is clear that the series is being loved by most of the audience, Fahriye Evcen and Engin Akyürek were great and they made the series exciting. Although the series lasted for 13 episodes, the producers already sold the license to the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Latin American television channels for remakes.
