The series details the exploits of Behzat, a troubled detective on the Ankara Police Force. Behzat Ç. is a rough, violent, and morally ambiguous police officer who is the head of the homicide department in Ankara. Disdainful of authority figures, plagued by personal demons, short-tempered and unpredictable. His superiors would oust him from his job if not for his penchant for solving difficult crimes. At work, an eccentric team of investigators aids him: Harun, Hayalet (Ghost), Akbaba (Vulture), Eda, and Cevdet. Esra, the public prosecutor, also lends the gang assistance on a regular basis.
The series follows the format of a standard procedural, presenting a weekly case that is usually wrapped up by the end of the episode but also features character arcs and an over-arching mystery that unfolds over the course of a season.

İnanç Konukçu (acted as Sabri the Ghost) takes every kind of responsibility on environmental investigations and intelligence. As a result, he deserves his nickname to the end because he disappears fastly and re-appears unexpectedly.
Berkan Şal (acted as İsmet the Vulture) is not from the police academy, but he learned the profession in life. Akbaba (Vulture) has the ability to take the smell of death and people those are about to die. That’s why his companions name him as Vulture.
Seda Bakan (acted as Eda) is a talented and beautiful woman who works at the police station. She is always in the centre of a love triangle Harun and Cemil.
Nejat İşler (acted as Ercüment Çözer) plays a psychopath and a rich character. He has an unnamed deep relationship with the deep state. By this means, he gets rid of every crime. Finally, he makes his escape abroad at the end of all his crimes and homicides.
